About

Julie Jaggin is a solicitor providing comprehensive, clear and practical tax and succession advice to a wide range of overseas and UK clients. Her distinct approach is to meet objectives efficiently and in line with expectations.

Julie has enjoyed a broad experience of private client work including the preparation of wills, lasting powers of attorney, lifetime gifting and capital tax-planning, the administration of estates, trust set-up and administration, trust disputes and mental capacity issues

She has a particular focus on UK tax and succession planning for international clients and frequently advises on pre-UK immigration and emigration strategies for clients non-domiciled in the UK.

Her work often involves the nuanced issues arising for families connected to both the US and the UK where knowledge of how the tax and succession laws of both countries interact is crucial.
