Jonathan Achampong is a solicitor specialised in all aspects of private residential conveyancing in the prime and super prime residential property market.
He regularly acts for domestic and non-domestic high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in matters related to the purchase and sale of high-value freehold and leasehold properties in central London and the Home Counties.
Jonathan also advises landlords and tenants on statutory and voluntary lease extension claims as well as individual and collective enfranchisement claims, right to manage claims and disposals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
