Jazmin graduated from the University of East Anglia, Norwich in 2014 with a 2:1 LLB Law degree. Whilst at University, she was selected to manage a pro-bono project called The Innocence Project, a joint venture between the University and the Norfolk Community Legal Advice Scheme. As team leader, she led a group of ten students in the investigation of possible miscarriages of justice.
Jazmin also volunteered for the Red Cross as an International Humanitarian Educator and delivered interactive sessions to local young people about weapons in war, in particular the dangers of white phosphorous.
Jazmin completed the LPC with joint Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, Bloomsbury in London in 2015. Her dissertation discussed the impact of the Modern Slavery Act on Employment Lawyers and UK businesses.
For the past year, Jazmin worked as a Paralegal at Howard Kennedy in the Residential Development team where she represented large scale residential developers on the sale of some of the City’s most high-profile developments. She worked on London City Island Phase 1 and 2, Embassy Gardens Phase 1 and 2, Providence Tower and was responsible for dealing with all matters from the initial instruction stage, through to completion.
Jazmin bumped into Bill Clinton at Wimbledon when she was 9 years old and asked if he was a famous tennis player!
