Jazmin Brown is a solicitor in our Family team dealing with high net worth individuals in relation to various family and matrimonial matters.

Jazmin deals with a variety of divorce, financial remedy applications and children issues.

Prior to qualifying, she completed seats in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Residential Development, Employment and Family.  

Jazmin studied Law at the University of East Anglia, Norwich. Whilst at University, she also managed a pro-bono project called The Innocence Project and volunteered for the Red Cross as an International Humanitarian Educator.

Jazmin completed the LPC with joint Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, Bloomsbury in London in 2015.


Recent work

  • Assisting on a Children Act case in relation to a first instance matter and urgent appeal regarding a specific issue dispute about education for the children.
  • Assisting on a case in relation to an application for the relocation of children overseas and subsequent Children Act proceedings in relation to schooling arrangements, with parental alienation being a significant issue.
  • Assisting with a case in relation to divorce and financial proceedings that went to final hearing, involving complex unlisted company valuations.
  • Assisting with a complex costs assessment matter.
  • Assisting on a matter involving an urgent jurisdiction battle with Chinese Court.
  • Assisting on a divorce and financial applications case involving a particularly vulnerable client and substantial non-disclosure issues.
  • Drafting a declaration of trust and addendum to post-nuptial agreement.

Random fact

Jazmin had an unconventional wedding in East London; speeches were on a canal boat, dinner was in a Yurt. She even made the wedding cake!
