Jamie Mattocks is a corporate paralegal assisting on a variety of transactional and non-transactional matters in the Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Jamie provides support on a wide range of work including mergers, share and asset acquisitions and sales, joint ventures and corporate real estate transactions.
He has previously worked in employment law on both contentious and non-contentious matters including claims under the Equality Act, drafting employment policies and unfair dismissals.
Jamie enjoys cricket and football alongside long-distance running. He is yet to finish his first ultramarathon (despite promising himself that he will).
