Jack is an associate in the Commercial Property team. Jack offers guidance to investors, landlords and tenants throughout all stages of commercial property transactions.

Jack is an associate in the Commercial Property team. He advises both landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including site acquisitions, lease renewals, disposals, and general estate management. Jack works with a diverse client base, from national brands to independent businesses, offering practical and commercially focused advice.

In addition to his transactional work, Jack is involved in investment matters, where he supports the management of larger property portfolios.

Jack has been with the firm for over three years, having started his career as a paralegal in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team. He went on to complete his training contract with the firm, gaining experience across a range of practice areas. During his training, Jack undertook seats in Capital Markets, Commercial Property, Real Estate Dispute Resolution, and Employment, which provided him with a broad and well-rounded foundation in legal practice.

In addition to his legal work, Jack is an active member of Howard Kennedy’s Social Mobility Committee, contributing to initiatives that promote access and opportunity within the legal profession.

  • Negotiating commercial leases for British and European brands across London.
  • Recently assisted in the launch of a number of VCTs to the London Stock Exchange. 
  • Advised a prominent British football club on its online disclosure requirements as a unlisted public company. 
  • Worked on Lendhub Limited's £13m refinance of a large mixed portfolio.
