Hollie Stringer:


Hollie joined Howard Kennedy in 2015 and is an associate in the Real Estate department. She qualified in September 2013 at a regional firm in Suffolk and graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2010 with the highest first in her year in Law with American Law.

Hollie has worked on a diverse range of asset management and development work for institutional landlords involving a variety of properties including central London office and retail premises, retail parks, industrial estates, regional retail units and shopping centres. She has also acted on sales, acquisitions and refinancing matters, and has particular experience acting on property transactions on behalf of receivers and administrators.

Recent work

  • Acting for a pension trust investment scheme on the purchase of a £40million income strip development property
  • Dealing with the asset management for a large regional park on behalf of an institutional landlord, involving the grant of complex agreements for lease, reversionary leases, 1954 Act renewal leases and surrenders
  • Advising on the enforceability of two separate food restrictive covenants involving detailed analysis of the covenants, considering competition law issues, obtaining defective title indemnity insurance and liaising with the proposed tenants
  • Acting on a £100million refinancing of a large regional industrial unit, including drafting the CLLS wrapper and ancillary property refinancing documents.

As a child Hollie lived in Hong Kong for a year.
