Helen Citron:


​Helen Citron advises on the administration of estates, including those with a cross-border element. She also advises on the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Helen has a particular interest in contentious trust and probate work. She has experience of acting for claimants and defendants in relation to claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and Will validity challenges as well as advising executors and trustees in relation to administration disputes.

Helen joined Howard Kennedy in September 2017. Prior to this she worked in the private client department at a North London firm in which she also trained, qualifying as a solicitor in 2014.

Helen is currently completing the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Practitioners (ACTAPS) Education Course at the University of Law.

Helen is a member of the International Bar Association having been awarded a scholarship to attend the IBA's annual conference in Washington DC in 2016.

Random fact

Helen enjoys going on long-distance hikes and recently completed the Tour du Mont Blanc.
