Hannah Sandona is a construction solicitor specialising in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Hannah advises developers, contractors, subcontractors,  property companies and investment funds on a wide variety of construction matters.

Hannah has experience in complex construction litigation, adjudication, commercial litigation and dispute resolution and is proficient and straightforward in her advice to clients ensuring the best commercial outcomes.

Prior to joining Howard Kennedy, she worked as a Homeowner Legal Services Officer for the Guinness Trust one of the largest housing associations in the United Kingdom. She was previously a senior solicitor at a boutique construction law firm in Brisbane, Australia where she acted for principals, homeowners, architects, contractors and subcontractors.

  • Advising a school in respect of a dispute under a building contract for the development of a sporting facility.
