Gabi Luknar is a trainee in the Capital Markets team, acting for venture capital trusts and investment trusts on admissions to the London Stock Exchange and subsequent fundraising.
Gabi assists the team on a variety of corporate matters including new launches, secondary fundraisings and consolidations. Gabi also provides general corporate advice to start-up businesses including company structuring, facility agreement advice and shareholder agreements.
Before starting work as a trainee, Gabi was a paralegal in the commercial disputes team at Howard Kennedy. Before that, he completed a law degree at Queen Mary University of London and the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
On a trip to the Kruger National Park in South Africa, Gabi had a close encounter with an elephant. Luckily, it all ended peacefully!
