Fiona is an Associate in the Corporate Transaction Services team and advises on a range of corporate matters, specialising in capital markets.
Fiona advises on a range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on supporting venture capital trusts (VCTs) and investment trusts through admissions to the main market of the London Stock Exchange and subsequent fundraisings.
She brings broad experience across corporate law, having previously worked in Capital Markets and IP & Commercial teams. Before joining Howard Kennedy, Fiona was part of the Investment Funds team at a leading international law firm, where she supported clients with fund structuring, fundraising, and operations, as well as minority interest sales and secondary transactions.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Fiona's diverse background includes extensive commercial experience within the brand and retail sector, collaborating with creative agencies and global brands in the licensing industry. This foundation informs her pragmatic, client-focused approach to legal problem-solving
