Fiona Yeoh is a trainee in the IP & Commercial team assisting on a wide range of matters relating to IP rights and non-contentious commercial work.
Fiona provides advisory support in relation to all forms of registered and unregistered IP rights including trade marks, copyright and design rights, as well as non-contentious commercial work. In her previous seat in construction, Fiona supported the team in advising developers and contractors on a wide range of construction matters at a national level. She also assisted on international construction cases based on disputes arising out of major construction projects under the FIDIC suite of contracts across various jurisdictions.
Before joining Howard Kennedy, Fiona worked as a paralegal within the Investment Funds team at a leading international law firm. She supported the team in all aspects of the structuring, fundraising and operation of private investment funds as well as assisted clients with minority interest sales and the execution of secondary transactions.
Fiona also has an extensive commercial background within the brand and retail sector prior to her career in law, working with creative agencies and leading brands in the licensing industry.
Fiona enjoys escape rooms and has an 100% record of getting out within the time limit.
