Did you know
Eoin Stothart is an experienced paralegal in Real Estate Finance team within the Real Estate department. He assists with real estate finance deals, working with bridging lenders on real estate and development finance transactions.
Before joining Howard Kennedy, Eoin gained two years' experience working as a banking and finance paralegal. In that role, he assisted asset-based lending, development and bridging clients on high value loan facilities, variations and redemptions.
Eoin is a member of Howard Kennedy's Charity Committee, helping drive the delivery of the firm's social impact strategy and championing a culture of engagement across the firm.
Eoin is an avid runner and film buff. He regularly attends film festivals across the country. He is also a Newcastle United season ticket holder.
