Eloise Crompton is a solicitor specialising in the resolution of commercial disputes.
She provides advice to international and domestic clients, both companies and individuals, on a broad range of contentious, business matters often with an international element.
Eloise acts in English seated arbitrations (primarily under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules) and in the English Courts. She acts extensively in cross-border contract and negligence claims, often involving allegations of civil fraud. She regularly attends mediations to resolve disputes.
Eloise is committed to guiding clients through complex legal processes by providing practical, strategic advice in a down-to-earth manner. She qualified as a solicitor in Australia, practising in commercial and public law in both the public and private sectors. She worked as Counsel-Assisting the Solicitor-General of South Australia and Associate to the Honourable Justice Hinton of the Supreme Court of South Australia.
