Ellie Doran

Ellie is an Associate in the Commercial Property team, advising on transactions across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate assets, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and estate management matters.

Ellie acts for a broad client base including national brands, investors, landlords, asset managers and independent family businesses, across a range of sectors such as retail and leisure, offices and mixed‑use developments. 

She has been at Howard Kennedy for seven years, having started her career as an administrative paralegal in the Residential Development Sales team before progressing to senior paralegal. Ellie went on to complete her training contract with the firm, gaining valuable experience in the Commercial Property, Real Estate Dispute Resolution and Corporate Transaction Services teams, equipping her with a broad and commercially focused skill set.

Her personable yet solutions-focused approach, combined with her understanding of the wider commercial landscape, enables her to work constructively with all parties and deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients.
