Ellie is an associate in the Corporate Transaction Services team.
Ellie is an Associate in our Corporate Transaction Services team. Her work spans a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and capital markets. Ellie supports the team in advising clients throughout the full corporate lifecycle.
Ellie's first seat was in the Commercial Property team where she typically dealt with investment transactions, portfolio asset management and freehold and leasehold disposals. In her second seat, she joined the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team where she dealt with a wide range of disputes, as well as assisting on the Judicial Review of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act.
Ellie has been at the firm for over 6 years having worked as a Senior Paralegal in the Residential Development Sales team before undertaking her training contract with the firm. During this time she acted for various high-profile UK property developers selling new build developments from the point of acquisition through to post-completion.
Ellie has interviewed a former UK Prime Minister.
