Crystal is a paralegal in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team, acting primarily for alternative lenders in connection with high-value secured real estate finance transactions.
Crystal advises alternative and bridging banks on a broad range of secured lending transactions for both commercial and individual borrowers from instruction to post-completion, with particular focus on real estate acquisition finance, refinancing and development finance.
Her attention to detail, commercial approach and proactive mindset ensures Crystal works closely with clients to anticipate their needs and delivers a practical, high-quality service.
Prior to joining Howard Kennedy, Crystal gained experience in residential conveyancing and has assisted on a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
She graduated with a degree in English Literature from Queen Mary University of London before completing the GDL and LPC at the University of Law.
Crystal enjoys reading, creative writing, regular cinema visits, travelling, photography and discovering new restaurants and cuisines.
