Chris advises on purchase, sale, re-financing, and lease extension matters for both individual clients and lenders. He has substantial experience in acting for both landlords and tenants on licences to alter and assign, as well as in voluntary and statutory lease extension matters.

His varied client-base has covered high-net-worth individuals, overseas investors, first time buyers, lenders, and investment companies.
