Charlotte Collard is a solicitor in the Corporate department, advising on a wide range of corporate transactions and issues. She has a particular specialism in corporate real estate matters.

Charlotte undertakes a wide variety of transactional and non-transactional corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, corporate real estate and general company law matters. 

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, she trained at Howard Kennedy and experienced a diverse training contract with a strong focus on the real estate sector. Charlotte gained experience in banking and real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and real estate dispute resolution. 

Charlotte's experience allows her to adopt a sector-led approach when assisting clients and provides her with the ability to appreciate a client's strategic goals and needs. 

Recent work
  • Acting for a well-known retail franchisor on its buy-back acquisition strategy, including providing advice and acting for the franchisor on business and share purchases for over 85 stores.
  • Assisting on a substantial debt-funded MBO.
  • Acting for the shareholders of CS2, a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors, on the sale to global consultancy RSK Group.
