Charles acts for a large number of property companies and high net worth individuals dealing with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property including sales, acquisitions, refinancing and management work and bulk purchases of residential properties.

Charles also acts for developers of residential properties from the acquisition stage of the site all the way through to the sales of the individual plots.

Charles speaks fluent Hebrew and heads up the Howard Kennedy Israel Team. Charles acts for a wide variety of Israeli property investors actively investing in the UK Real Estate market.

In addition, Charles has significant experience in the leisure sector acting for numerous restaurant, nightclub and bar operators.

  • £17m acquisition of 4 residential apartment blocks in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire having exchanged in just 48 hours and completed the finance in 8 working days

  • £9.1m acquisition of 100 plus residential units in one of London's most popular suburbs

  • £10.5m corporate sale relating to a property with planning consent for over 250 residential units

  • £12.5m acquisition of property in London let to a governmental body

  • £14m corporate transaction purchasing the shares in a company that had exchanged to purchase an office building in London with permitted development rights to convert into residential units.

Random fact

Charles regularly gets up at 4.30 am to run, and has a daily early morning swim, in order to keep up with his exercise regime. Charles dreams of one day piloting a jet, preferably his own private one, and enjoys power-boating off the south coast of England.
