Catherine Berry is a trainee solicitor in the Private Wealth team.
Catherine is a third-seat trainee solicitor in the Trusts and Estates Disputes team, where she works on a broad range of contentious private client matters, including disputes relating to wills, trusts, estates and powers of attorney.
Catherine completed her first seat in the Commercial Property team, where she gained experience across a wide range of transactions, including leasehold and freehold disposals, investment acquisitions and disposals, and refinancing matters. She acted for a number of clients in the retail and hospitality sectors and continues to support this industry through her involvement in the firm’s Retail and Leisure sector group.
In her second seat, Catherine worked in the Wealth and Succession team, advising individuals, families and business owners on a broad range of private wealth and succession planning matters. Prior to commencing her training contract, Catherine also worked as a paralegal in the team, supporting on probate and lifetime planning matters.
Catherine enjoys playing tennis with her family and friends and has recently taken up painting.
