Brianna Ryan is an Australian qualified associate specialising in non-contentious construction and project matters. She advises a range of clients including, funders, developers, contractors, consultants and service providers on various commercial and construction-related matters.
Brianna has experience of drafting and advising on bespoke and standard forms of contract including JCT and NEC agreements in relation to building contracts, professional appointments and other development documents such as Sale Purchase Agreements and Facilities Agreements.
She also has experience drafting and advising on bespoke forms of EPC, O&M and other contract documents for infrastructure projects.
Brianna is an Australian qualified associate and her experience encompasses an international dimension having assisted with projects in the UK, Australia, UAE and Africa.
Brianna loves to travel and is a NHL fan. Her dream is to one day see the NYRs win the Stanley Cup.
