• Advised on the acquisition of multiple student accommodation development sites and built assets for a Singaporean investor, including acting on joint venture arrangements and development agreements with the developers of the schemes and advising on construction agreements and planning 
• Advised a Singaporean fund on the acquisition of a portfolio of student accommodation assets with a value of circa. £80m, which formed part of a larger portfolio sale with an estimated value of circa. £1bn.
• Advised on numerous financing and refinances of student accommodation portfolios including cross jurisdiction transactions and a complex refinance of a £200m+ portfolio.

Astrid paid for law school by singing in local bands. One of her biggest gigs was at Emirates stadium where she sang to the Arsenal supporters as they left the stadium.
