Ashni Tailor

Ashni is a Post-Completion Paralegal in Howard Kennedy's Real Estate team. She helps ensure property transactions are completed smoothly after completion by managing Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions, Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.

Ashni supports a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, handling the post-completion steps. This includes preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, dealing with requisitions, and managing SDLT filings where required to ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. By working closely with colleagues, lenders and third parties, Ashni helps deliver a seamless service and protects clients' interests long after completion has taken place.
