Ashley Reeback acts on corporate transactions in both the public and private arenas, including M&A, IPOs, MBOs and MBIs. He is Head of the Corporate department at Howard Kennedy.
Ashley assists clients on the full spectrum of corporate and capital markets transactions. He is a solicitor with a particular focus on mid-market M&A, as well as, public company transactions.
He advises on both the purchase and sale of private companies including by way of Management Buy Outs and Management Buy-Ins.
On the capital markets side of his practice, Ashley acts for clients on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and has advised on over 40 AIM IPOs (some by way of reverse takeover), acting for both issuers and Nomad/brokers.
Ashley also advises on public takeovers, as well as, early stage and pre-IPO funding rounds.
- Advising the shareholders of Impact Air Systems Limited on the sale of the waste and trim extraction company to Addtech Nordic AB, a NASDAQ OMX Stockholm listed company.
- Ideagen plc - advising on the placing and retail offer of new shares to raise £50m.
- Advising the shareholders of Bennett Christmas Group, the insurance brokers and underwriters, on the purchase by Ethos Broking group.
- Automated Systems Group Limited - advising the managed offices services provider on its acquisition strategy including the acquisition of: B&M Office Machines Limited, ICA.
- Digital Limited, Geerings Digital Limited, 3D Generation Limited and Reprotec.
- Compass Broker Holdings Limited - advising selling shareholders on the sale to Broker Network.
- Advising existing shareholders of Aston Barclay Group and the incoming management group on a significant investment by Rutland Partners.
- Advising the selling shareholders of Funkin Limited on its sale to AG Barr, owner of Irn Bru, in a £21m+ deal.
