Antonia Frangakis is a commercial property solicitor specialising in the retail, restaurant and leisure sectors.
Antonia has almost exclusive experience in the retail and leisure sector. She helps operator-occupiers on all aspects of commercial property and regularly handles leasehold acquisitions and disposals for national and international brands, as well as start-ups and independents.
Her experience goes beyond transactions and she regularly advises clients strategically on their portfolios. Antonia understands clients need sensible commercial advice set in the context of their business and applies this from Heads of Terms stage, during negotiations and outside specific deals to issue spot and problem solve.
She works with many prominent brands on active acquisition trails.Her knowledge on what is market-standard set against what a business needs is a primary driver in getting deals done.
Antonia chairs the LPF Xtra Committee and is an active member of the Leisure Property Forum.
