Antonia Frangakis is a commercial property solicitor specialising in the retail, restaurant and leisure sectors.
She helps operator-occupiers in the retail and leisure sector on all aspects of commercial property and regularly handles leasehold acquisitions and disposals for national brands and independents. She also advises overseas clients entering the UK market. Antonia deals with wider general estate management, advising on and dealing with legal and practical issues relating to landlord and tenant matters.
Antonia sits on the committee of the LPFXtra and is an active member of the Leisure Property Forum.
