Anna Cooke works in the Investment, Landlord and Tenant team.

Anna advises both landlords and tenants in the retail and leisure sector on a variety of issues including site acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, and other areas of commercial property.

Anna previously completed her first seat in the Real Estate Litigation team, where she  advised both residential and commercial landlords and tenants on a variety of issues. She assisted with service charge disputes, lease renewals, break clauses and collective enfranchisement, as well as guided them through the litigation process. Her second seat was in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team where she advised both lenders and borrowers on asset due diligence, facility agreements and security documentation. 

Anna joined the firm as a paralegal in the Residential Development Sales team in 2016, assisting on a wide range of plot sales transactions, ranging from small scale Help-to-Buy developments to larger scale developments consisting of over 1,000 units.

Since graduating from Durham University in 2014, she undertook her GDL and MA LPC (with Business) at BPP Law School in London, where she began to develop her real estate knowledge.
