Anjali Raval is a solicitor who advises clients on all aspects of employment law, from providing day-to-day HR support to guiding clients through contentious matters and complex corporate transactions. She also provides partnerships advice.

Anjali offers clients, which range from senior executives to multinational corporations,  straightforward, commercial advice. She works hard to develop productive working relationships with her clients, so that she can better understand their business and their particular needs.

Anjali supports clients on a diverse range of matters including amongst other things: drafting contracts and policy documents; advising on business restructurings and insolvency proceedings; advising on sales and acquisitions; assisting clients in managing difficult redundancy processes; guiding clients through Employment Tribunal claims; drafting and negotiating settlement agreements; and advising on LLP arrangements.

She has a breadth of experience working on both corporate and property transactions, and regularly provides detailed TUPE advice - aiming to distil a somewhat complex legal topic into language that is easily digestible for clients.

Additionally, Anjali has valuable employment litigation experience in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court, both from the claimant and respondent sides.

She also has experience acting for clients in the regulated space, including in particular financial services, and continues to develop her specialism in the employment/regulatory cross-over work.

Anjali is heavily involved in the firm's sector groups and international networks, including the Private Wealth group, the Restructuring and Insolvency group and the India group.
