Anjali Janani is a paralegal in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team and is an active member of the firm's India Group, having strong personal ties to the country.
Anjali provides support on high-value arbitrations and civil fraud disputes that often involve complex and contentious issues.
She has assisted on complex commercial disputes in arbitrations based in England and in English Courts which have included cases involving high-value landlord and tenant disputes, serious fraud allegations and complex contractual disputes.
Prior to joining Howard Kennedy, Anjali was a paralegal at the Crown Prosecution Service and practised in general crime and extradition. She has worked on numerous extraditions involving high-net-worth individuals and complex human rights issues.
Anjali pursues her strong personal and professional links with India and is an active member of Howard Kennedy's India Group.
Anjali studied International Relations and History at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the LLM (Legal Practice Course) at BPP University, where she was awarded the Career Guarantee Scholarship, provided on academic excellence and a commitment to the field, for both qualifications.
