I am a Paralegal in Real Estate Tax & Registration, focused on risk mitigation. I ensure the precise completion of SDLT/LTT returns and the timely registration of HMLR AP1s and Companies House charges for transactions.

I handle the essential final steps after a property deal has officially finished. When you get your keys, my work starts. I make sure that the legal requirements are fully completed. We do this for a variety of different people, companies and transactions.

Our niche is total accuracy and speed as part of the Real Estate Tax and Registration. Post Completion work is often time consuming, but it is the most important part. This work officially records your new ownership with the Land Registry. An error at this stage can cause long delays and serious problems for your legal title. My job is to prevent those issues before they happen and make sure everything is accurate and submitted on time.
