Alex's clients include corporates, governing bodies and private individuals. She has an impressive understanding of full litigation and investigation processes, which includes advising on pre-litigation, commencing and defending claims, conducting internal investigations, and developing strategies for achieving settlement. She often works across teams on commercial dispute aspects and strategy.
Alexandra regularly acts for clients on breach of contract and breach of trust claims, while also advising on insolvency-related disputes and debt recovery for clients. On the business side, she advises on corporate and partnership disputes, including misfeasance, breach of duty, and director disqualification proceedings.
As an experienced civil fraud lawyer, Alex advises on fraud prevention and recovery, issuing applications and claims in England and offshore jurisdictions for civil fraud cases. This includes urgent worldwide freezing injunctions, asset tracing, and issuing applications for disclosure orders against third parties.
Alexandra is a keen cook, terrible singer, and spent the first few years of her life living in the Middle East.
