Adam Patel is a paralegal in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team within the Real Estate department.
He assists the team's work with bridging and alternative lenders on refinancing and real estate and development finance.
Before joining Howard Kennedy, Adam worked as a paralegal in a West End law firm acting on behalf of senior and mezzanine lenders. He has also previously worked as a senior personal banker in a leading UK bank, particularly focusing on onboarding clients for buy-to-let and regulated residential mortgage products.
Adam completed his LPC LLM at BPP University.
Adam has a passion for sports. He is a big fan of football, and has competed in fencing, basketball, boxing and volleyball.
