Howard Kennedy welcomes Stephen Scott as Partner

London law firm Howard Kennedy is growing its Real Estate Dispute Resolution practice by welcoming Stephen Scott who has joined as Partner.

Stephen is a highly experienced dispute resolution practitioner specialising in the real estate sector. He has extensive experience in asset management and advising on property development related disputes and residential property disputes. Stephen’s particular specialisms are the retail and consumer sector, Covid-19 related landlord and tenant issues, and Equality Act matters impacting real estate.

Stephen joins Howard Kennedy from Child & Child where he held the position of Head of Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining Child & Child, Stephen was a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang UK for four and a half years and at Nabarro LLP for 17 years prior to its merger with CMS. Stephen started his legal career at Boodle Hatfield.
