VIEW ALLLondon law firm, Howard Kennedy is pleased to announce that Kieran Stone today joins the Capital Markets team as a partner.
Kieran joins Howard Kennedy as a lateral hire from Locke Lord LLP. He has extensive experience in equity and capital markets. He has acted for both UK and international main market and AIM-quoted companies as well as their advisers.
The Capital Markets team at Howard Kennedy specialises in helping growing companies access the UK’s robust capital markets. With extensive experience, the team provides commercial and pragmatic advice to clients across the main market and AIM. The team excels in advising growing SMEs, listed private equity funds (VCTs/Investment Trusts). Kieran will help to continue to propel forward-looking solutions for these entities.

Kieran is the third partner to join this year and the 24th partner appointment since the implementation of the firm's growth plan in May 2021. The news also follows the recent promotion of three Senior Associates to partnership roles at Howard Kennedy.
