Howard Kennedy expands construction offering with the addition of Jonathan Pawlowski

Howard Kennedy welcomes Jonathan Pawlowski, who joins the Construction team as a partner.

Jonathan is an experienced construction lawyer and is qualified as a solicitor-advocate. He specialises in contentious issues relating to or arising from construction, engineering, and infrastructure industries, and has significant expertise in multi-party litigation.

Jonathan also has wide ranging expertise advising on non-contentious aspects of construction law including drafting and amending construction contracts, deeds of professional appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights agreements, parent company guarantees, terms and conditions of business, bonds and escrow agreements.

He is also an adjudicator and a member of the RICS Construction Adjudicators' panel and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Jonathan joins the firm from Collyer Bristow, where he led the Construction practice for over 12 years.  Prior to that, Jonathan was a partner at Davies Arnold Cooper for over 10 years.
