VIEW ALL16 March 2026 – London law firm Howard Kennedy has appointed Paul Moran as a Partner in its Real Estate team.
Paul brings extensive experience advising on all aspects of the real estate lifecycle, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, strategic asset management, forward funding of development projects and developments as well as financing for acquisition and refinancing of assets held within a wider client portfolio. He has a strong track record advising on complex, high-value matters and wide-ranging expertise spanning a number of areas including living, real estate investment and retail & leisure.
