VIEW ALLHoward Kennedy announces the appointment of Rebecca Hume as a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Rebecca has wide ranging experience representing clients in legally complex commercial disputes. These typically involve cross-border creditor-debtor disputes, international fraud and asset recovery as well as international judgment and award enforcement. Rebecca has significant expertise in the use of contentious insolvency and receiverships to unlock value for insolvent estates and monetise claims. Her assignments often involve complex hedge funds and private equity structures.

Howard Kennedy has continued to expand across all practices with 19 lateral partner hires since January 2021. Rebecca's appointment follows the addition of five other lateral partners into the dispute resolution team over the last two years.
