London law firm Howard Kennedy is pleased to welcome Huseyin Huseyin, who is joining the Real Estate practice as a Partner today, 3rd April 2023.

Huseyin is a highly experienced real estate solicitor having specialised in this sector for over 20 years. He has provided strategic advice to national house builders and developers on the acquisition, planning, development and disposal of high value residential led mixed-use schemes constructed on greenfield and brownfield sites in London and the South East.

Huseyin joins Howard Kennedy from Harold Benjamin where he was a Partner in Property Development, Construction and Planning for over six years.

Huseyin is the fourth new Partner to join Howard Kennedy since January this year and the eighth this financial year, demonstrating strong progress in the firm’s expansion strategy of senior hires.

Commenting on his appointment, Julian Hindmarsh, Howard Kennedy’s Head of Real Estate, said: “We’re pleased to have Huseyin join our growing team which is one of the largest and best regarded in London. With Huseyin’s expertise, we will be well placed to advise clients on meeting residential demand and providing energy efficient homes as we need to cater to a new normal of high energy prices.”

Huseyin Huseyin added: “I am pleased to join Howard Kennedy where I hope my experience can add to the firm’s already well-established expertise. The question of where to build and how to meet relevant legislation, especially environmental, is a key issue as businesses and individuals become more aware of sustainability. I look forward to taking on this role and helping Howard Kennedy’s clients navigate the challenges they face.”
