Howard Kennedy Announces New Partner Promotions

1 May 2024 – London law firm, Howard Kennedy is pleased to announce the appointment of two Senior Associates to the firm’s partnership. These promotions are reflective of the excellent work and success of our new partners as well as a testament to the firm’s commitment to nurturing talent.

Charlotte Whitworth is Co-Head of the Corporate Real Estate team. She joined the firm as a paralegal in 2010 before starting her training contract in 2011. She qualified into the Corporate department in 2013. Charlotte advises on a wide range of corporate matters, with specialisms in corporate real estate and student accommodation. She acts on a wide variety of transactional and non-transactional corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate real estate matters and general company law matters. Much of her work has a strong international focus, particularly in Singapore. Her promotion follows her outstanding work within the Howard Kennedy Corporate department.

Mark Pritchard is Co-Head of the firm's Building Safety Group and a construction litigation specialist. He joined the firm in 2009 as a paralegal and went on to train at the firm between 2013 and 2015. Mark has many years' experience in complex dispute resolution and in alternative dispute resolution in construction matters. His promotion is a recognition of his continued delivery of outstanding results for key clients within the firm’s Real Estate team.
