VIEW ALLHoward Kennedy have recently acted on behalf of the Eco World-Ballymore joint venture in securing the exciting new restaurant premises for "Darby's" at Embassy Gardens Phase 2.
The premises are situated on the ground floor of the Legacy building within the Embassy Gardens estate, beneath the iconic Sky Pool; with views overlooking the US Embassy, Linear Park and the Ravine. The restaurant will feature an oyster bar, on-site bakery and open-fire cooking. It will have an Irish-influenced menu, which will also be on offer at the Sky Pool on the 10th floor of the Legacy building.
Hollie Leckie and Emily Clark attended the glamorous VIP launch party on 15 May 2019, and sampled some of the delicious food that will be on offer (the melted brie was definitely a winner!). The official opening is today, 16 May 2019.The opening marks a huge success for Eco World-Ballymore and Howard Kennedy following almost two years of hard work to deliver this exciting new offering; which is sure to create a buzz around the Embassy Gardens estate.
