Stephanie Brigg is a Legal Director in Howard Kennedy's Corporate Real Estate team and advises UK and international clients on a range of private and public corporate transactions. 

Stephanie is a solicitor with a broad sector experience covering mainstream corporate transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity investments and joint ventures.

She additionally acts on hotel and commercial property special purpose vehicle acquisitions and disposals.

Stephanie advises a range of clients including entrepreneurs, owner managers, developers, publicly quoted companies, property funds and private investors.

Recent work
  • Advising  a European property fund on a number of its property portfolio acquisitions including £40m acquisition of overseas commercial property held in a UK SPV.
  • Advising a start-up private equity fund over the last four years on the creation of its hotel portfolio through five of hotels and disposal of one.
  • Advising asset manager on its asset management agreement and terms of its joint venture with the asset owners.
  • Advising a Nasdaq listed company on its international fund raisings and domestic joint venture investments.
  • Acting for an AIM listed gaming company on its £30m (cash, shares and earn-out) acquisition of a privately owned competitor which was part funded through a placing.
  • Advising  development and construction client on its on £675m joint venture with one of  largest commercial property development and investment company in the UK and subsequent refinancings.
  • Advising  sports and outdoor equipment manufacturer and licensee of major sports and entertainment brands on taking £3.8m of private equity investment. 
  • Advising entrepreneur on private equity investment into her cosmetic brand start-up and providing ongoing advice on the joint venture relationship with investor.
  • Advising on the launch of £100m real estate investment fund.
