We work successfully with internationally renowned developers on a portfolio of prestigious and iconic developments across London and the UK.
Our internal team structure is set up and managed to ensure that we provide a high quality service to our clients whilst dealing with high volume transactions with the utmost accuracy and efficiency. We are instructed from the point of reservation of each unit, and carry each sale through to not only completion, but also to post-completion matters.
We provide clear straightforward advice and offer solutions to all the challenges the sales process can generate, from contractual issues, AML risk and compliance, the Consumer Code for House Builders, affordable housing obligations and finance including Sharia.
Our clients are provided with a designated team specifically structured to their requirements ensuring that the correct level of expertise is available at every stage of the transaction.
We work closely with other teams in the Real Estate Department to ensure that we offer and can deliver on a full service to our developer clients.
