The team acts for individuals and businesses under regulatory investigation by the Competition and Markets Authorities (CMA), the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), National Trading Standards and Local Authority Trading Standards, Environmental Health and Planning Enforcement teams.
We represent clients subject to trading standards investigations for breaches of consumer protection and product safety legislation.
