Howard Kennedy has a range of initiatives in place to support the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of our people. Our internal 'Wellbeing Hub' provides a wealth of information to those who need it, alongside regular wellbeing-themed events, and initiatives such as Mental Health First Aiders.

Lauren Goulding, HR Business Partner

Through our wellbeing strategy, we look to improve the quality of work, productivity, morale and engagement of our staff, and we firmly believe that if we support our people, they’ll in turn deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.

Whether through employer-funded private medical insurance, the Employee Assistance Programme, Occupational Health support, or a Virtual Health tool which includes personalised health & wellbeing programmes and access to a 24/7 virtual GP service, the health needs of our people are covered.

Alongside this, we run an annual programme at the firm covering physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. This includes art therapy, pilates, and self defence, meditation and mindfulness.

And we also understand that financial wellbeing can sometimes play an important role in people’s lives, and so we offer 1-2-1 pensions advice, mortgage sessions, and a retail discounts programme.
