Shona Chandarana is a trainee solicitor in the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Team and assists the team with a wide range of contentious property issues.
Shona acts for both individuals and corporations in all types of property and real estate disputes across many sectors.
She assists the team with business lease renewals, forfeiture claims, residential possession proceedings, commercial dilapidations and adverse possession. Shona also has experience in debt recovery matters.
Shona has previous paralegal experience across various sectors, having worked in the Legal Delivery Centre at a global law firm.
Shona read law at Cardiff University, with a year abroad studying French law in Toulouse.
Shona's main interest is travelling. She spent six months after university travelling solo through 10 different countries.
