On the non-transactional side, she supports clients on corporate governance and advisory matters, providing them with valuable corporate and commercial advice.
She is extremely approachable and guides her clients through every stage of the deal from heads of terms to due diligence and preparation of deal documents to post transaction transition on both buy and sell side.
She acts for clients in most industries, however she has a particular focus on real estate, retail and fintech. In addition, she has a detailed understanding of owner-managed businesses.
Nisha makes a conscious effort at the beginning of every transaction to understand her client's business, operations and commercial objectives. She understands that buying and selling businesses is not only an important commercial decision but also an important emotional decision and often, the most important thing that her client has ever done.
