Did you know
Lucy is a trainee solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution (CDR) team. She works on a wide variety of matters, including contract-based disputes, negligence and insolvency.
Lucy has shown an interest in the Building Safety Act, enacted by the Government to address the UK's "cladding crisis". She has written blog posts and undertaken various research tasks into recent case-law, legislation and government consultations, as this area of law develops.
Lucy started her training contract in September 2023. Previously, she worked in the Construction team at Howard Kennedy on both transactional and contentious matters.
Lucy caught the 'travel bug' at a young age and recently embarked on a four-month sabbatical, travelling across South East Asia and Australia.
