Kate deals with site acquisitions/assembly, forward funding arrangements, forward sale agreements, overages, options, sub-sales, as well as, proposing structures for clients. Often complex in nature, Kate works as part of a team with her clients always giving straightforward advice on each transaction.

  • Dealing with a Central London purchase, with immediate subsale of part, and agreement for lease of part with an associated development agreement, simultaneously funding the part of the property being retained.
  • Dealing with a forward funding arrangement at the Strand with a value of £54m.
  • Entering into a development agreement with a Football Club and two joint venture partners for a value in excess of £100m.
  • Dealing with a development agreement at an iconic high profile site in London with a value in excess of £110m.
