Jim Fairlie deals with a mixture of contentious and non-contentious construction matters for clients. He is a Trainee Solicitor in the Construction team.
Jim deals with development and development finance work in residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. He assists with drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts, as well as assisting with appointments and supporting documentation.
Jim is also involved in disputes, assisting with advice to clients on dispute avoidance and adjudications.
Assisting on adjudication enforcement claim in the Technology and Construction Court.
Jim's main hobbies are freediving and surfing. He is also a foodie.
