Did you know
Jim Fairlie is a trainee solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Jim assists clients on a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, civil fraud, negligence, shareholder disputes and insolvency for both corporate and individual clients
He also assists clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitration alongside his litigation work in the courts of England and Wales.
Beyond his day-to-day work in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, Jim takes an active role in Howard Kennedy IGNITE, a group dedicated to supporting start-up firms in their journey to success.
Jim started his training contract in September 2022 and is due to qualify in September 2024.
Jim's hobbies include freediving and underwater rugby.
