Jeremy Landau is a partner in the Corporate team, with very broad experience in all forms of corporate finance, domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity.
Jeremy has extensive experience of transactions in a broad range of sectors, with particular emphasis on the technology, media and communications, fin tech, healthcare/life sciences, financial services, energy/natural resources, cleantech, leisure and retail sectors.
He has a wealth of experience of advising companies (both domestic and international), as well as investment banks, on IPOs and fundraisings on the London Stock Exchanges’ Official List and AIM Market.
Prior to commencing his legal career, Jeremy spent five years working in investment banking, specialising in corporate finance/project finance.
- Advising Baku, Inc on its $60m institutional placing and IPO on AIM Market cap of $500m.
- Advising Zeus Capital on the institutional placing and IPO on. AIM of Oncimmune plc.
- Advising II-VI Incorporated on its $100m acquisition of the UK semiconductor group Kaiam Group Ltd.
- Advising Skyscanner’s management team on its $50m investment by Sequoia Capital and its $200m further investment by, amongst others, Vitruvian Partners and Yahoo!
- Advising on the management buy-out of the Complete Cover Punter Group, backed by Sun Capital.
- Advising on the Institutional placing and IPO of Zynova Group plc.
- Advising N+! Singers on a £90m institutional placing and listing on the LSE's Official List of New Britain Palm Oil.
