Did you know
Hayley Warmisham is an associate in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team. She boasts considerable expertise in real estate and finance aspects of property investment and development transactions.
Hayley acts for a range of well-known lenders and borrowers on a variety of funding arrangements, with a particular focus on acquisition and development finance. She advises clients on pertinent matters from loan formation to completion, including title investigations and perfecting security. She also advises on matters such as priority arrangements and security restructuring.
Hayley enjoys working with clients to achieve the best end result in a calm, methodical and personable way. She is known for her organisational skills and straightforward approach to dealing with difficult issues.
- Advised AIM-listed specialist quarried materials group SigmaRoc plc on a multi-jurisdictional debt refinancing . The three-part deal partially funded the acquisition of CRH plc's European limestone quarry businesses in Germany, Poland, Czechia, England and Ireland. The debt included a €750 million senior term and revolving facility as well as a €125m senior bridge facility, with the acquisition valued at €1 billion.
- Advised a joint venture between two prominent real estate investors in relation to a £133m refinancing of three purpose-built student accommodation assets located in Guildford, Nottingham and Loughborough.
- Advised high-net-worth Singaporean investors on a £86m refinancing of six purpose-built student accommodation assets with a total of 902 beds located in Warwick, Bristol, Kingston, Durham, Glasgow and Exeter.
- Advised on a £28m facility to assist with the development of a nine-storey building consisting of 104 flats, working space, café, gym and other facilities in Harrow, London.
- Advised on the release of security on a £26m facility.
