  • Advising a developer on the new Electronic Communications Code, as well as contentious lease renewal claims blighting a large development site in Camden.
  • Advising the owners of 30 St Mary Axe (aka The Gherkin) on contentious landlord and tenant management issues.
  • Settling a complex High Court claim concerning a tenant's failure to comply with a building lease of a large mixed-use development site on Notting Hill Gate.
  • Representing a pension fund in a complex rent review claim against a major supermarket worth £20 million.
  • Acting for a landlord in a contested rent cesser claim following a major terrorist event that was settled at a successful mediation.
