- Advising the owners of 30 St Mary Axe (aka The Gherkin) on contentious landlord and tenant management issues.
- Settling a complex High Court claim concerning a tenant's failure to comply with a building lease of a large mixed-use development site on Notting Hill Gate.
- Representing a pension fund in a complex rent review claim against a major supermarket worth £20 million.
- Acting for a landlord in a contested rent cesser claim following a major terrorist event that was settled at a successful mediation.
